Submission

Submission and Participation
ICSC26 will be held in a hybrid format at Istanbul Gelişim University on 16–18 December 2026. The first two days will be held in person and the third day online. Papers may be presented in English or Turkish. This page is for participants who will submit and present in English.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be written in English and must not exceed 250 words. The title, author names and keywords do not count towards this limit. Abstracts must be prepared using the congress abstract template (.docx), which also sets out the formatting rules. Files that do not follow the template will not
be reviewed. Files must be uploaded in .docx format. PDF files are not accepted.

Submit your abstract here. Please submit one form per paper. The form must be completed by the presenting author (the author who will present the paper at the congress), who must enter the details of all authors. The abstract must be uploaded as two separate files. The first file (full version) must include the author names, affiliations and footnotes. The second file (anonymised version) is for blind review. Remove the author names, affiliations and footnotes from it, including author details in the document properties.

All abstracts will undergo blind peer review. Authors will be notified of the outcome by email by 30 November 2026. The letter of acceptance will be sent together with the Copyright and Author Agreement and payment details. Abstracts of accepted papers will be published in a book of abstracts with an ISBN.
